Shipping / Deliveries

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is packed and ready for shipping.

Shipping Options & Rates (South Africa)
We currently offer two convenient delivery options via Pargo:

• Pargo Pickup Point – R70
  Collect your order from your nearest Pargo Pickup Point. You’ll receive an SMS/email notification from Pargo when your parcel is ready for collection.

• Pargo Home Delivery – R100
  Have your order delivered directly to your doorstep. Delivery updates will be sent by email/SMS.

Delivery Times

• Major cities: 2–5 business days

• Outlying areas: 5–7 business days
  (Delivery times may vary during peak periods or holidays.)

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number and link via email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
